Jeff is a 1983 graduate of Clarion
University of Pennsylvania and a resident of Montgomery
County since 1984. He worked in the audit department
of Grant Thornton, and with Hal in the construction
accounting department of a large regional CPA firm
prior to joining Hal in 1994. Jeff is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts,
the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
and earned the Certified Construction Industry Financial
Professional designation issued by the Construction
Financial Management Association. His interests
include reading, golf and travel.
